Terms and Conditions


Private charters: A 10% deposit is required to confirm booking.

Full payment is required 7 days prior to departure.

If guests cancel:

Cancellations acknowledged prior to 7 days before departure will receive a full refund.

Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of departure – no refund but we are happy to reschedule your cruise to another time. 

If Blue Water Sailing cancels:

Your booking will be rescheduled or a full refund provided.


The skipper of Blue Water Sailing’s vessel can postpone or cancel any charter due to inclement weather, adverse sailing conditions, or unsafe sea conditions.


Please wear soft white soled shoes, or no shoes. NO HEELS.


Our vessel is a Licensed venue and we abide by Liquor and Gaming NSW rules for the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Intoxicated patrons will not be permitted on board the vessel.


There are inherent risks and dangers on board any vessel. All passengers participate in the Charter entirely at their own risk.


The guest agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The guest acknowledges that he or she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
