Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to departure.
Cancellations acknowledged prior to 30 days will receive full refund.
Cancellations after 30 days will incur a 50% canceallation fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The skipper of Blue Water Sailing Vessels can postpone or cancel any charter due to inclement weather, adverse sailing conditions, or unsafe sea conditions.
All deposits will be held by Blue Water Sailing for a future booking.

Footwear- Remember Boat shoes or No shoes
Any other shoes which do not have soft white soles are not permitted on board NO EXEPTIONS
Black or dark soled shoes leave marks on the decks and timber work
